    Vow renewal, is it like a b-day,ok to celebrate & have renewal even if its not acutal your annv? Got married by JP, might be nice to go all out for 20th & have it @ WDW , DH would not go for trip in August, thinkn small but nice, maybe at x-mas.

    You can renew your vows on whatever date that you choose. We were married on January 25 but renewed our vows on a different date in January to accommodate the schedule of our guests as well as to save money on a week-day ceremony and reception.

    When you have a vow renewal you will need to show your marriage certificate to the officiant prior to the ceremony as proof of your marriage.
