Hi Shauna,
Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Depending on your arrival to the Walt Disney World Resort, you may be able to head over to
Disney Springs and visit the
Disney Ticket Center located in the Town Center. They are open until around 10:00 p.m. most nights and can help you get the physical card tickets for your vacation. I would suggest planning your travel accordingly so you’re able to get to Disney Springs around dinner time to check this item off your list. If you need dinner, you’ll be in close proximity to some of my family’s favorites,
Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza and
D-Luxe Burger. I definitely recommend checking them out while you’re around the Disney Ticket Center.
Since you’ve already purchased your tickets and have vouchers to redeem them. I suggest that you go ahead and enter those tickets into the
My Disney Experience mobile app. If you do this, you wouldn’t need to rush over to Disney Springs upon your arrival because the tickets will already be linked in your account. You could head straight into the Theme Parks and get your physical card tickets when you exit that day. Keep in mind you also need to create Disney Park Pass reservations as well to go with your Theme Park Tickets, so it’s best to link your tickets now so you can make sure you’re getting into the Theme Parks you want during your vacation.
To link your tickets, you’ll first want to secure your confirmation email which should have all your Ticket IDs listed. Once you have those Ticket IDs handy, from the My Disney Experience mobile app home screen, press the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next select “Tickets and Passes” then “Link Tickets & Passes”. Under the “Ticket or Pass” banner, you will be able to add your ID codes for each of the tickets. If for some reason you need help with the linking process, you can always call the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk.
Once your Theme Park tickets are in My Disney Experience, you can book your
Disney Park Pass reservations. To do this, from the home screen in the My Disney Experience mobile app, select the “+” symbol in the bar at the bottom (two buttons to the right of the “home” button). Next, select “Make a Park Reservation” then select “Theme Park Tickets” this will take you to the Theme Park Reservation page where you can select your Disney Park Pass reservations. You’ll want to double check the
Theme Park Reservation calendar as well, just to make sure the days you’re hoping to select have availability.
I know I just shared a ton of information, but I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for your vacation in April. As you’re continuing to plan,
please reach out if you have further vacation questions, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
