I have a voucher and I will need to change it for a ticket. Where should I go considering I will be arriving at the car park load. Where are the nearest kiosk places to change those? thanks

    Hi Nuria,

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by with a planning question - your trip to Disney World is just around the corner! I love that you’re looking to maximize your time and get those little details sorted out before you arrive, so let’s chat about activating your theme park ticket.

As Canadians, my family often takes advantage of a Canadian Resident offer and, like you, we need to visit Guest Relations or a ticket window to activate our tickets. You’ll be able to take care of this right outside the gates of any theme park on your first park day, or, if you happen to arrive a little earlier, you can also visit the Disney Ticket Center or the Welcome Center at Disney Springs. Both are located right in the middle of Disney Springs, and if you’re driving, I recommend parking in the Lime Garage - it’s the closest parking to both locations.

My family makes it a little tradition to stop at the Welcome Center (Guest Relations) first, as it feels like the official start of our vacation! We’ll pick up park maps while we’re there, and by the time we step through the turnstiles at the theme parks, we’re ready for the day ahead.

I hope this helps as you finalize your plans! If you think of any more questions before your trip, here at planDisney, we’d be happy to help you make the most of your magical vacation.

    Safe travels!
