International Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot. I’ve got a few things I would love to tell you about it, but first, let's get to your question so you can get your park tickets and be on your way.
I’m so sorry to hear that your visit was disrupted by everything that was happening in the world at the time. The great news is that it looks like your tickets were refunded as a Disney Gift Card, and the even better news is that the funds never expire. With that in mind, you can now purchase your theme park tickets anytime, either via the
Walt Disney World website or through the
My Disney Experience App.
I love using the My Disney Experience App because it's super easy and convenient to use, so let's walk through the steps to purchase your tickets there. If you do not currently have the app downloaded, you can find it on either the App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, log in using your My Disney Experience username and password. From the home screen, tap the 3 bars (≡) at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Click the My Tickets & Passes button, then, on the next screen, click the plus (+) button in the top-right corner. Now you can click the select tickets button, which takes you to a screen with multiple options to purchase tickets that best fit your visit needs. Once you get to the order summary screen, you can assign tickets to your party, confirm your contact information, and, last but not least, enter your payment information. You will see an option to Use a Disney Gift Card. Now you can enter your gift card number and tap apply. Hit the next button to go to your final confirmation page, and that's it.
Courtney, now that you have your theme park tickets, let's talk a little about the International Flower & Garden Festival. This festival is really special because all of Epcot is decorated with the most amazing gardens and character topiaries. Our family loves to stroll through the park and take pictures with all of the characters. There are also lots of festival-exclusive dining options at the kiosks that I know you will love.
