Joannah, I recommend that you open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on the menu button in the bottom right corner. Select the top left icon says, "My Tickets & Passes." Then, click the "+" button and choose the option "Link Tickets & Passes." Then, choose "Type ID." If your voucher has an ID number, this is where you'll type it in. If there is a barcode, the number is likely located underneath the barcode.
If you have any issues linking your ticket, feel free to reach out to a helpful
Cast Member or visit the Front Desk at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. If you have a MagicBand+, be sure it's also linked and paired with your smartphone. I also recommend using
Disney MagicMobile Service, a complimentary service that allows you to download your ticket to the wallet of your smartphone, just like you would with a boarding pass or credit card.
