Welcome to the
Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jess! Thank you for bringing us your question about your upcoming visit!
I imagine you must be a bit concerned about waiting in line for a long time, especially at the most popular attractions. Do not worry, you will be fine. The services you must be alluding to are most likely those offered through the
Disability Access Service (DAS) Card. The DAS card is a tool designed to accommodate guests who aren’t able to wait in a conventional queue environment due to a disability or medical condition. It offers guests a return time for attractions based on the current wait time. If you qualify for this service, you and your party will all be eligible to receive a return time for another attraction once you finish your first, and so on. The best thing is that this service can be used in addition to the
FastPass+ service.
Jesse, the first thing you need to do is go to the Guest Relations office at one of the main four theme parks,
Magic Kingdom Park,
Epcot,
Disney's Hollywood Studios, or
Disney's Animal Kingdom. Once inside, request to speak to a Cast Member for them to determine eligibility for this program. They will ask you to describe your condition; you might want to bring a note from your physician as it would be helpful when explaining your condition and the challenges it presents. If you qualify for this program, the card will be issued and you may begin to use it.
I am sure you will have a great time at the Walt Disney World Resort, Jess. I wish you a wonderful vacation!
See ya real soon!
