    Hi there Vanessa!

Yes, there is major construction in Fantasyland and one of the major changes to the park will be the closure of Toontown on February 11th 2011. Don't worry though, Mickey and the Princesses will still be available for autographs and pictures all around the park. From the information found on the Disney Blog, good'ol Tink will have a meet and greet area in Hollywood Studios. The rest of her Fairy friends are going to be joining her in Epcot this Spring for the Flower and Garden Festival. Specific dates on when they will arrive to frolic in the flowers have not been released. And yes until further notice, Dumbo The Flying Elephant will still be doing circles above your head during the construction! Woo Hoo! Get there quick because that line gets looong! I hope this information helps you with you planning. If you need more information or have more questions, we are always here to help! Hope you have a Magical Time in the Walt Disney World Resort!
