Hello! We are visting 11/24-12/1 and staying at AOA. Since check-in isn't until 3pm (I think), are we able to still visit the parks that morning and check in that afternoon? How would we get passes and everything we need to go to the Parks? VERY EXCITED :)

    Hi Jennifer,

Congratulations on your upcoming stay at the new Art of Animation resort.

As soon as you arrive Walt Disney World, you can check in at your resort's Front Desk. This will allow you to get your Magic Your Way tickets right away. If your room is ready, you'll be given a key right away. If not, you can head to a park and check back later for your room assignment. The hotel will give you a phone number to call or they can text/call you as well.

3 p.m. is the official check in time which means that the hotel will strive to have your room ready by that hour. We've been in our Disney hotel room as early as 9 a.m. and other visits we've had to wait until after 3 p.m.

Bell Services can hold luggage while you head out to the parks too.

    Have fun!
