    We are visting DW in January 2013- can we rent a DVC villa even though we are not members? If so, where can I get this information?

    Hi Ed, 

    You can certainly stay in a Disney Vacation Club deluxe studio or villas without being a DVC Member. You can do this either online by going to the Walt Disney World Reservation Landing website, or by speaking with a Cast Member via telephone.  To book a Vacation Package, you will need to call (407) 939-7675 or to book a room only, you can call (407) 939-7429.  Online you can choose your Deluxe Villa by clicking on the "Advanced Search" button.  This will list all the DVC resorts available for you to stay at in January.  You can also choose a deluxe studio which is bigger than a standard resort room and has a mini-refrigerator and microwave, a one bedroom villa which will sleep four to five guests and has a full kitchen and washer and dryer, a two bedroom which will sleep eight to nine people and has two separate bedrooms plus a living room with a pull out couch, or a Grand Villa which is just huge!  There a seven Disney Vacation Club properties at Walt Disney World.  They are Animal Kingdom Villas, Old Key West, Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, Boardwalk Villas, Beach Club Villas, the Villas at Wilderness Lodge, and Bay Lake Towers at Disney's Contemporary Resort.   All of these resorts are fantastic, Ed!   Thank you for the question and let me know if I can help you further.
