Hi there, Tosha!
Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have special discounted Park tickets that state that they're not valid for admission until after 2:00 p.m., you won't be able to use them before that time. The great news is, there are several options for a character breakfast or lunch with your daughter that are not located inside a Park!
My first suggestion is to have a Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at
1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. They have an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet including Mickey waffles, made to order omelets, and all sorts of other goodies. You may meet characters there like Mary Poppins, The Mad Hatter, Alice in Wonderland, Eeyore, Tigger, and Winnie the Pooh.
My next suggestion is
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. I really love the atmosphere of this restaurant as you are right in the middle of all the action! You can actually see the monorail whizzing by overhead while you're enjoying your meal and visiting with characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and Pluto. It's a big party in there!
Those are two of my family's favorites. There is also
'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort and
Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club. Please keep in mind that characters are subject to change.
See, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy a fabulous character meal before you enter the Parks at 2:00 p.m. I hope this helps!
Have a Pixie Dusted trip!
