Oh boy! I am right there with you! I too have been hoping to finally be able to get my paws on a conductor hat. Unfortunately, I do not believe that they are restocked at a certain time or date each month. I think it just is whenever they have more stock available. It's been quite the hot item for some time now and I totally regret not grabbing one the last time I saw them in the park. I do think
Oswald's is the place they would be if they were in stock, but it never hurts to chat with a Cast Member on your next visit to see if they are sold anywhere else or if they know when to expect them again.
The next time you are in the parks and on the search to find a conductor hat, make sure you head to
Mickey's Toontown. You have to check out the fun and newly reimagined land, as well as
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway where conductor Goofy takes you on quite a ride!
