Hello there, John!
Like
Encanto’s Family Madrigal, it sounds like you’ll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with quite a group! I imagine that your gift is planning the most epic vacation ever. Some of my favorite Disney memories include visiting the four theme parks with a large party.
First, everyone in your party will need their own
My Disney Experience account. In order to enter the theme parks, everyone in your group will need a ticket, a
theme park reservation, and a
mode of entry (e.g., Disney band, Disney MagicMobile service, or a physical ticket from a ticket window).
Once everyone has a My Disney Experience account, I recommend linking your party to your
“My Family & Friends List.” If you don’t see your group listed, you can add each person individually by selecting
“Add a Guest.” You’ll be prompted to find them through your connected Guests, import their information from a hotel reservation number, or enter their name and age.
Now that your party is connected, you can either purchase
Disney Genie+ service for your entire group, or everyone can purchase it on their own. The best part about having your accounts linked is that you can make
Genie+ lightning lane selections,
virtual queue reservations, or
advanced dining reservations for your entire party. All of your plans will appear in everyone’s My Disney Experience mobile app. Your group will have a fantastical and magical vacation coordinating these plans together.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
