I am visiting with my wife and extended family in January 2017. My wife tires easily when walking and I wondered if it was possible to hire a wheelchair or buggy to help her get around the parks. We are staying at the Art of Animation. Thanks for your help

Hi Bill! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question.
Congratulations on your next Disney vacation! I am sure your family will have an unforgettable experience.
I have good news. Wheelchairs and ECV (Electric Conveyance Vehicles) are available for rent at all Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Disney Springs. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be reserved. You can rent them daily or purchase a multi-day (Length of Stay) rental option.
If you prefer, there are also private companies in the Orlando area that offer wheelchair or ECV rentals. You can find a list of them at Disney’s official website.
You will see that traveling with a wheelchair at any of Disney Theme Parks is very easy and comfortable.
Hope this helps your planning. Please, don’t hesitate to come back if you have additional questions.
    Have a magical day!
