Hi I am visiting for 2 weeks in November from the uk I suffer from severe me/cfs and wonder if I will qualify for the Das pass - I have medical evidence and disabled Id - I am unable to queue for long hours due to the pain.

Oliver, thanks so much for visiting planDisney!

The Disability Access Service (DAS) is available to qualifying Guests and allows them to make attraction return time selections using the My Disney Experience mobile app. This drastically reduces wait times and hopefully allows folks like yourself to maximize the magic of their Disney adventure.

As a UK-based Guest, you can't currently register for DAS until you arrive in the United States. However, you'll be pleased to know you can register for DAS once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort. Here's what you need to do, Oliver: Once you enter your first theme park, simply stop by Guest Relations. You'll find a helpful Cast Member who'll be able to talk through your particular needs and, if appropriate, complete the registration process for you. You'll then have DAS for the next 60 days. Did I mention that it's completely free?! You won't need to provide medical evidence either. Simply bring yourself and explain your situation to the Cast Member.

Using DAS is really easy, Oliver. On the day of your visit, tap on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the app. Once you've qualified for the service, you'll see the DAS feature magically displayed. This feature will show a list of available attractions. If you tap on an attraction, you'll discover relevant information about that attraction, plus the next available DAS return time. If you tap that time, you'll then confirm the members of your party who will be joining you for the attraction. Just note that you may only book one attraction at a time.

I hope that's helpful, Oliver. I trust you'll have a "practically perfect" time.

    See ya real soon!
