    Visiting for a week in Oct, is there somewhere I can find a list of the shops and restaurants that offer the 10% discount for using the Disney Visa card? Also, when using our Magic Bands with our Disney Visa on file, will the 10% discount be given? Thanks!

    Hi Tabatha,

    I'm glad to hear that you're planning to use your Disney Rewards Visa card on your vacation next month. The discounts and perks you get with that credit card are pretty sweet, aren't they!

    Speaking of discounts, you can find a complete list of the shops and restaurants that offer 10% discounts to cardholders on the Disney Rewards Visa website.

    (I've included a hyperlink above that will take you to the exact part of the site that you'll need.)

    If you link your Disney Rewards Visa card to your MagicBand (or to your charging-enabled room key), keep your Disney Rewards Visa and your photo ID with you so the cashiers at the applicable locations can verify your discount at the time of purchase. 

    (That may be an automatic process in the future, but for now you'll have to hang on to your card and your ID in order to get the discount.)

    Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

    Don't forget about the top-secret character meet-and-greets in Epcot. They're held daily between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM in Innoventions West and they're only available to Disney Rewards Visa cardholders.

    But wait....that's not all....

    You'll also get a free 5x7 picture of your group with the characters that happen to be hanging around that day.
