Hi Andrea! On my last visit to Hollywood Studios, I went to Sci-Fi Dine-In and was seated at a table without having advanced reservations. The wait was about 15 minutes, but it seemed much shorter! (milkshakes are delicious there, by the way!) I would probably continue trying to make advanced reservations along the way, but if you can be flexible about your options, then certainly try walking up as this is not the only time I've been able to find a table at a restaurant without advanced dining reservations. Hope this helps!
