Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We will be visiting the week of Christmas and staying at a Disney resort. Am I able to send a box of gifts for the kids prior to our arrival for them to open while we are there?

    Hi Mandi,

    You are going to have such a magically merry time on your Christmas vacation! You can most certainly ship a box to your resort ahead of your arrival. The only caveat is, the box can not be delivered to your room prior to check-in as your room number may not be assigned ahead of time.

    Be sure to write your arrival and departure dates on the package. I suggest having the package arrive at least one day early so it has time to go through processing and arrive at your resort in time for your check-in date.
