I will be visiting WDW with my 8 year-old son for the first time in April of 2010 and all he really wants to do is be selected to receive the Jedi training and battle Darth Vader. How can I make this happen for him?

    Hi Daneen!

I certainly understand how important it is for your son to be part of the Jedi Training. My family just loves Star Wars, and the Jedi training is the highlight of our trips.
I'm much happier with the new queue line to participate in Jedi Training. When you get to the park, pick up the Times Guide and plan to get to one of the trainings early, as they take about the first 15 kids in line for each session. Here is another question I answered regarding the Jedi Training.
I hope you and your padawan have a magical vacation!
