    I will be visiting WDW in 2 wk. My 4 yr old cousin lives with mom in FL. Mom purchased a 3da pass for the child. I chatted with disney who said ok mom not coming along. Am unable to link his tix to My experiences-&to call. Who calls-me or mom?

    I recently had to link many tickets to My Disney Experience with my large vacation party for an upcoming trip! I know exactly how crazy it can get, so I’m here to help!

    Because your cousin’s ticket is linked to your mother’s My Disney Experience account, she will need to call Disney’s Guest Services in order to transfer the ticket to your account. The Cast Member and your mother may be able to finish the process completely if you provide your mom with your email address, phone number, and mailing address linked to your account. It should be relatively straightforward for her to transfer your cousin’s information!
