Visiting WDW 1st week Oct. Weather permitting, will do water parks. I noticed that the DDP Quick Service brochure lists the WP restaurants with an L for lunch but no D for dinner. Can you explain? Thanks so much!

    Hi Kimberly,

Water parks at Walt Disney World are so much fun! You're going to have a great time. As long as the restaurants are open, you can order food using your dining plan, even if it's what you would consider "dinner". In October, I believe the park closes at 5:00. Most of the actual restaurants (not snack bars) close at either 3:00 or 4:00. I'm assuming that Disney considers that lunch.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
