    Visiting WDW from 8/27-9/3. Wanted to hit the water parks over labor day weekend. Bad idea? Should we do it during the week and one of the other parks on the weekend or do you think all the parks will be crazy? Thanks for the advice!

    Hi Corinne!

    Labor Day weekend brings in the crowds from out of state and locals, like me.  We like to take advantage of the day off and head to Disney, so no matter where you go, the weekend will be busy, especially Saturday and Sunday since Monday is usually used as a travel day.  In my opinion, it would be better to hit the water parks on the weekend.  We like to get there when it opens and spend a good bit of the day until late afternoon.  When we are properly water-logged, we head over to a park for a few hours of fun before we head home.  If you get there early and visit the most popular attractions first, you shouldn't have any problems with crowd level on the weekend.
