We are visiting WDW w/a Disney cruise after in Oct. I made res. for Pirates & Pals & wondered if we should switch to Not So Scary Halloween. Kids-3 & 8-will get to trick or treat on the ship but trying to decide which to do @WDW. What are pro

The Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage is so very fun.  Patch the pirate is always superbly entertaining!  That said, if I had to choose between the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage and the party, I'd opt for the party hands down!  My family makes it a point to visit Disney in the fall every year in part because we love attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party so much.  From the costumes to the low crowds to the candy to the fireworks and parade this is one event you should not miss!  Rest assured that your crew will get their fill of pirates on the cruise ship.  I recommend spending your WDW time at the party.

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
