Hi Jennifer!

I can definitely help you out on this one!
My husband also has his birthday that same week, AND we will also be at WDW celebrating and he too is a fan of beers around the 'World' at Epcot!

Your two best bets for some serious sampling are the Imperial Sampler Beer Flight offering (6 small pours) at the United Kingdom's Rose and Crown Pub and the German Beer Flight (4 small pours) at Biergarten.

On top of those two extra-fun options, you'll also find Beer Carts or take-out at Norway, Fife & Drum Tavern at American Adventure, Sommerfest in Germany, Tangierine Cafe in Morocco, and of course, Canada! None of these are 'sampling' size. There are lots of options to consider to make his birthday extra special.

My husband's favourite one to treat himself to is the Rose and Crown Pub most definitely.

You may consider planning a return visit another year during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival which beings in late September and runs through until mid-November each year when there are more 'sampling' sizes available from these countries and more!
