Hi Debbie!
I can certainly understand your desire to bring home a replica of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It's an elegant place that I hold dear to my heart because my husband and I honeymooned there 28 years ago. My heart always skips a beat when I enter its front doors.
I haven't seen a replica of the resort during my recent visits, but I'll share with you the most likely places for you to find such a treasure.
1. During your post-Thanksgiving visit, look for resort-specific merchandise in
Sandy Cove Gifts and Sundries on the ground floor of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa or in
M. Mouse Mercantile on the second floor just inside the doors where you board the monorail. If you don't find a three-dimensional replica of the resort, you may at least find some attractive wall art depicting Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
2. Robert Olszewski creates stunning replicas of Disney landmarks. They can often be found online. While I don't see one of the resort you seek at present, it might be worth checking
Shop Disney occasionally to see if one has been added.
3. Call the Disney Parks Merchandise line at (407) 934-6111 between Monday and Friday from 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. as they are experts at locating theme park souvenirs.
4. There are some cute resort-specific snow globes on eBay.
Good luck in your search!
Jill
PS. The most direct route between Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is by taxi, but I prefer to take a small boat from Disney's Wilderness Lodge to Disney's Contemporary Resort and then board the monorail to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
