Visiting WDW 9/5-10/10. Staying at CSR. We have park tkt the 1st day there. Where will we need to go to get our tickets? Understand that ck in time is 3pm. What is the latest check in time? Will we need to leave luggage in vehicle until then?

    Kim:

This is one of the reasons I love Disney!

Yes, check-in time is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. at the Value resorts), however, you are actually welcome to check in at any time after 8 a.m. that day, just realize that Disney may not have your room ready until your resort's check-in time.

If your room isn't ready, you will still be given your "Key to the World" that is not only your room key but also your park ticket.  And you can be on your way to the parks!  (On our last trip, we were also handed a slip of paper that had a phone number to call after regular check-in. They told us when our room was ready and our room number. There was no need to return to the front desk.)

Coronado Springs has bell services, so I would recommend that you check in and then store your luggage at bell services, instead of letting it sit in a hot car trunk. When you return to your room, you can have bell services deliver your luggage! Although there's no charge, remember that these guy survive on tips.  We usually tip $1 to $2 a bag depending on their size.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Whitney, Mississippi

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
