    We're visiting WDW w/ our son who'll be 3 1/2. We want to take him to Harmony Barber Shop for his 1st cut. His hair is long, will they put it in a ponytail before cutting so we can donate to locks of love? Also, are they skilled to cut & style womens h

    Hello Leah!  Thanks for asking your question here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I think it is so generous that you would like to donate your son's hair.  It warms my heart. 

    If you ask, and bring a ponytail holder, they will absolutely put it in a ponytail before cutting it so you can donate.  I also recommend bringing a ziploc bag to put the hair in.  What a fun experience that will be.  The barbers at the Harmony Barber Shop are licensed stylists.  That being said, there is no hair washing during the hair cut.  If you are looking for a hair appointment for you, while at Walt Disney World, I would recommend looking into Casa De Belleza Salon at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
