Hi there! Will be visiting WDW 3/4-3/9 with our son (5)-it's his 1st trip to Disney. When we made our dinner reservations, etc., we indicate 'celebrating 1st visit'. Will the restaurants do anything special for him/why ask this? THANK YOU!

    Hi Kelly!

Celebrating your son's very FIRST Walt Disney World trip is a truly momentous occasion! Those childhood years fly by fast so, slowing down long enough to honor precious moments is very important indeed!

In addition to noting your little boy's inaugural Disney vacation on your dining reservations, be sure to stop by any Guest Services location inside the theme parks for a "1st Visit" celebration button.

You'll find that other park guests as well as cast members will go out of their way to greet your child and welcome him to Disney, sometimes resulting in little extra treats throughout the day.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be practically perfect in every way!
