Hi moms! Visiting WDW in sept 2-12 staying in PO - RIverside (our 4th visit to florida but 1st time staying in WDW so excited!!) we arrive at 8pm & have the QS plan Any suggestions on where to eat on our 1st night to start our holiday with a bang!!! th

September is a great time to visit; you're going to have a fantastic time!  As for starting your holiday with a bang, I would suggest visiting Downtown Disney and using one of your quick service dining credits at either Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich--both serve up yummy menu items!  Of course, that would mean you'd have to travel from Port Orleans Riverside to Downtown Disney, which might be more than you're bargaining for given your late arrival.  If you're looking to stay closer to "home", you might consider grabbing a quick bite to eat at the resort's food court and then slipping next door to the River Roost Lounge to unwind.  If Yeeha Bob is performing that night, he'll be sure to get your trip off to a knee-slapping good time!  We make it a point to see him during each of our visit's to Disney World, whether we're staying at Port Orleans or not.

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
