We are visiting WDW Sept 12-19th. Does Magic Kingdom get extremely crowded on the days that the Not So Scary Halloween Party is held? Should we avoid the park the afternoon and evening of the party?

    Hi Kevin,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  If you are concerned about crowd levels, you have picked a great week to visit Walt Disney World.  September tends to have some of the lowest crowd levels because most children are just starting back to school.

On the days when Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is being held, you will probably see an influx of guests around 4:00 p.m.  This is about the time that guests holding tickets to the party will be granted admission into the park.  I suggest you get to the park early and hop to another park or head back to your resort for a swim (September is hot and humid) in the late afternoon.

    Have a great trip!
