we are visiting wdw in Sep w/3 boys, 3,3,and 5. we have a 2:10 adr at chef mickey's for lunch. Will we have amply time with the characters? And enough time to eat? My boys are very slow eaters. There is no info on the lunch menus/time.

    Hi Jennifer,

A meal at Chef Mickey's takes about 35-45 minutes.  The characters are going to be coming around while you eat.  They will stay at your table for a minute or two to say hi and take pictures.  The wait staff will not rush you while the kids eat and will ensure you meet each character that is there.  If for some reason you get your check before meeting a certain character, tell your waiter immediately and they will make sure he or she visits.

Even if you have the last seating time, the buffet will be open until you are finished.  I have not eaten there for lunch, but their breakfast and dinner provides a large selection of popular choices.  I would expect the lunch offerings to be similar.  You will be able to see a list of buffet offerings before you are seated in case you have any worries.

    Have a magical trip,

    Michelle
