We are visiting WDW Resort in December when the new Star Wars movie is released. Can we preorder tickets for a midnight showing in Disney Springs? Are there special bus runs that will take us back to our Resort at Coronado Springs after the movie?

    Hi Kimberly!

How exciting! A holiday Walt Disney World Resort vacation and the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens! It will be awesome if you are able to combine the two into an extra special galactic adventure.

The AMC Movies at Disney Springs 24 doesn't yet have showtimes or pre-order tickets available for the movie, but I would definitely keep a watch on their site as advance tickets should be available soon. Once they are, I am sure they will be making the announcement to whether or not they will be having a midnight showing and if there will be any transportation options available for resort Guests. Disney buses generally run until 2:00 AM between the Disney Resorts and Disney Springs.

May the Force be with you in planning your Star Wars evening, Jedi Kimberly. Please let us know if we may be of any further assistance.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
