HI, we are visiting the WDW parks for two weeks from the 5th August. We are travelling with 3 children, 2 with a diagnosis of Autism who have issues with queues and don't understand why they need to queue etc. Is the GAC still in existence?

    Hi, Sara!

When arriving at any of the Disney theme parks, stop by Guest Relations.  A friendly Cast Member can assist you. Explain your child's needs and they can work with you to make the wait for your children a bit more comfortable.

You will also want to make the most of Fastpasses that will really reduce your wait times for the more popular attractions.  Also, many of the new queues have wonderful interactive activities that are fun and keep guests occupied and entertained while waiting, so this might help a bit.

Once you chat with a Cast Member, you will be set for you entire vacation. There will be no need for daily stops at Guest Services.  Wishing you and your family a magical stay in Walt Disney World!
