    We will be visiting WDW in October and staying at the Art of Animation Resort. We will be meeting another family who will be staying off-site. Will they be able to come to our hotel to pick us up to go to the parks? What about the hotel pool?

    Hi Dawn!

    They will be able to visit the Art of Animation Resort and pick you up!  They should just tell the Disney Cast Member at the parking booth that they are just visiting you. However, they will not be able to use the pool. Disney does not allow guests not staying in a particular hotel to use the pool. Sorry!
