We will be visiting WDW October 17-24, 2011. My son is Star Wars OBSESSED! Can you tell me exactly where the line up for Jedi Training is? Thanks.

    Hi Angela!

I have to tell you that my son loved being a part of the Jedi Training Academy in Hollywood Studios! Over the last few years, they have changed the way they pick kids for this special interactive experience. Currently, they are taking sign ups first thing in the day either right by where the Jedi Training Academy stage is located (next to Star Tours 2.0 the Adventure Continues) or at the Sounds Dangerous attraction. You can ask a Cast Member where the Jedi Training Academy sign ups will be for that day. These sign ups are only open at the beginning of the day for all of the shows for that day. You will be given a time to come back to have your son participate in this amazing experience. There also is a standby line in case the kids that signed up earlier that day do not show up at their scheduled show time, but those in the standby line are not guaranteed to be in a show. My advice to you is to arrive at Hollywood Studios 30 minutes before the Park is scheduled to open and when it opens, head straight to the sign up for that day's Jedi Training Academy.  Make sure not to miss riding Stars Tours 2.0: The Adventure Continues because it is simply amazing and there at up to 54 different ride combinations or sequences!

I hope that your son gets to be a young Jedi in training at Hollywood Studios on your next Walt Disney World vacation!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
