Hi Moms, DH and I are visiting WDW in October, we have 8 sit down meals on DP and am looking for suggestions as where to eat and favorite meals. Also crowd levels 10/20-28 we have park hopper. I am a picky eater DH is not picky:) Thanks for all your help.

    Hi JoAnne,

I am very excited that you are coming to Walt Disney World in October.  It is my favorite time of the year to come.  You may experience a bit more crowds just due to being around Halloween, but it won't be very bad at all.  Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is at the Magic Kingdom on select nights in October and is very fun to attend.

I have several dining suggestions.  In Magic Kingdom, my favorite restaurants are The Crystal Palace and Liberty Tree Tavern.  My children are very picky and can eat at both of these.  The Crystal Palace is a buffet which I find are always easier to eat at due to all the choices.   At Hollywood Studios, I would look at the 50's Prime Time Cafe as the meals and desserts are wonderful!  The Sci-fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant is so unique and nostalgic.  The best place to eat in Walt Disney World is Epcot.  There are so many choices.  My favorite is Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada Pavillion.  You need to try the pretzel bread.  It will change your world.  The Coral Reef Restaurant is wonderful if you love seafood.  Request a table by the aquarium.  Les Chefs de France and the Biergarten in Germany are fantastic as well.  For the Italian lovers, check out Via Napoli.

Some of the resorts have fantastic dining options as well.  The Wave at the Contemporary is a healthy option.  1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian has a wonderful buffet dinner with Cinderella and her friends.  The Polynesian Resort has Ohana.  The bread pudding for dessert is mouth watering!  Finally if you want a dinner show, my favorite is the Hoop-Dee-Do Musical Revue.  The show is so fun and will keep you laughing all night.  We love eating there as well.  As you can see, you have so many options to choose from.  Send me a follow up question if I can help you further, JoAnne.  Have a magical vacation.
