Hello! We are visiting WDW in October during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. I know it's a hard ticket event, but do we need to purchase MK tickets, on top of the NSSHP tickets for the evening? We were just planning on coming at 7,. Thanks!

    Hi, Mindy!

The Halloween season is one of my favorite times to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, and I’m glad you’re thinking of attending Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! We love the music and dancing, entertainment, character photo opportunities, Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade, HalloWishes fireworks spectacular, and many treat stations for the little ones. The best part is that everyone in the family can wear a Halloween costume—even the adults!

In the past, Guests have typically been allowed to enter Magic Kingdom Park in the late afternoon and early evening with their Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets, even though the event doesn’t officially begin until 7:00 p.m. No, you won’t need to purchase regular admission tickets in addition to your party tickets to enjoy the park that evening.

I hope this helps, Mindy, and that you have a “spooktacular” Halloween at the Walt Disney World Resort! Please feel free to write back with any other questions you may have as your planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
