We will be visiting WDW in October, when will the dates of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween be released? If we choose NOT to get the additional tickets for that event, will we be asked to leave Magic Kingdom early on those nights?

    Hi Nancy,

Disney has not posted the dates for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for fall of 2010 yet.  However, I have seen some dates posted on some unofficial websites. Tickets have not gone on sale yet but have typically gone on sale around the beginning of May. Again we've seen no official word on event dates or the date they'll go on sale but we're keeping our "mouse ears" to the ground. I recommend keeping an eye out on Disney's official page for MNSSHP by clicking here.  You can also keep an eye on Disney's official twitter accounts WaltDisneyWorld and DisneyParks.

Guests who purchase the separate tickets for MNSSHP are given a wrist band upon entering the Magic Kingdom that evening to wear during the event. Cast Members will be located throughout the park (especially as you leave Main Street U.S.A. towards the different themed lands) and will ask guests to show them their wrist bands. If guests do not have the correct wrist bands on for the evening, they will be asked to make their way towards the front gates.

Wishing you many magical memories :-)
