    Visiting WDW in Oct reservations at CBR requested lettered room close to main pool. Have 22 month old that loves the water. Can you tell me check in time and do they wait and assign your room when you arrive? If so can we request certain area?

    Hi there Jkms,

    You guys are gonna love soaking up the sun at the tropical paradise, Caribbean Beach Resort!  Who doesn't love an escape to the islands, especially with the magic of the Walt Disney World theme parks right around the corner!

    If you elect to use Disney's Online Check-In Service, your room will be assigned prior to your arrival! You can also notate special requests at this time.  It's also a good idea to call the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407)WDISNEY prior to your arrival date to ensure the special request has been documented on your account.

    If you choose the traditional check-in method, your room will usually be assigned based on availability and you can make a special request at this time!  Please note, special requests are never guaranteed but I can assure that the Disney Cast Members will do their very best to accommodate you!

    The "official" check-in time is 3:00 pm, however,if you arrive prior to that time, go ahead and check-in!  You'll receive your welcome materials, room keys, and dining plan entitlements at this time!  If your room is ready beforehand, you can opt to be alerted by phone call and text, and may advance directly to your room upon notification!
