We are visiting WDW this Nov 18th with 3 kids ages 12, 7, & 6. There are so many restaurants we want to dine at. Is it too much if we book a lunch at 11 & a dinner around. 6:30? We have 5 day park passes. Or is that too much?

Hi Stacy!  Thanks for asking your question here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

When my family and I visit Walt Disney World, we dine at one sit down meal per day.  I honestly feel like doing two sit down meals a day takes too much time away from the parks.  There is so much to do and see at Walt Disney World, you don't want to be inside a restaurant all day.  If you absolutely have to dine at two sit down meals a day, I would recommend having a character breakfast as early as possible and then having a late dinner.  Not only does dining at two separate sit down meals take time out of your day, but it is a lot of food.  Portions are very large at Walt Disney World and we are always so full while we are on vacation.

I think it would be much more enjoyable for you and your children to scale back just a little bit.  Maybe try two sit down meals once or twice during your vacation.  If you would like some help narrowing down your restaurant choices, I have dined at most locations throughout Walt Disney World.  If you ask me another question, I'd be more than happy to help.

Fun fact: Mickey Mouse's birthday is November 18th, be sure to wish him Happy Birthday!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
