I will be visiting WDW next year with my 13 year old daughter. We have already found some rides she does not want to go on but I DO! Is it possible to leave her at the ride entrance with a member of staff or do I have to miss out?

    Hi Elliet,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

My little guy isn’t much of a daredevil and neither is my mother, so I totally understand where you’re coming from! This also means that I have some practical experience with leaving other people behind while I go experience an attraction. Your daughter can actually wait in line with you and then, when you go to board the thrill ride in question, she can request to “bypass” the experience and meet you at the attraction’s exit. There will be lots of Cast Members around to help her, should she require any assistance. This means you won’t have to miss out on a single moment of fun!

I hope my answer helps you plan a visit to Walt Disney World Resort that is practically perfect in every way for your entire family. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a magical Day,
