Will be visiting WDW next May with our soon to be 5 y/o and 19mo daughters. We plan to rent a stroller, but have 2 character dining reservations before the parks open. Can we rent a stroller that early or would it be best to bring our own those days?

    Hello Christi!

First of all, I can tell you are a planner...I LOVE IT!  I promise the time you spend planning now will save you SO MUCH TIME on your Disney vacation!

Having five kids of my own, I totally understand how important strollers are for families with small children!  Renting a stroller at Walt Disney World is very easy AND very convenient, especially if you rent a stroller for multiple days.  I just spoke to a very helpful Disney Cast Member, and she said the official word is that guests are not allowed to rent a stroller until the Disney Park has opened.  If you have a Character Dining Reservation before the Disney Parks open, then I would recommend bringing your own stroller to the park for those specific days.

If you have other questions, please let me know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
