Visiting WDW mov 21-25 with hopper passes. Here's my plan nov21 AK, 22nd MK, 23rd Epcot,24thMK, 25thHS. Char blast Epcot 23rd. I plan on Down town Disney sometime. Staying at Hilton BuenaVista. When should I do fantasmic and electric parade? Thanks.

    Terry:

The Park Hopper will make visiting during Thanksgiving week easier to navigate the crowds. On Saturday, November 21, Animal Kingdom  will close at 7 p.m.--earlier than the other parks--so that day makes it the obvious choice on which to head to either Hollywood Studios for Fantasmic or go to the Magic Kingdom where you'll see the Electric Water Pageant. Here are a few things to consider:

    • The Electrical Water Pageant is best seen from one of the resorts near Magic Kingdom. (If you leave the Magic Kingdom to watch it, you'll likely miss the fireworks and/or parade in the Magic Kingdom or have to fight the crowds leaving the park to see it just beyond the MK dock.) It makes the better choice of where to head after Animal Kingdom. Once you arrive at the bus station at MK, simply hop on the monorail or boats to a resort and eat at their counter service restaurant and then watch from the marina area. The Grand Floridian is less crowded than most resorts.Grab a bite at its Gasparilla Island Grill and then walk to the marina for the 9:15 p.m. show.
    • I'd recommend seeing Fantasmic on Wednesday, the 25th when you were already planning to visit Hollywood Studios. It will be showing two times: at 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. With the crowds, consider picking up a take-out meal from a counter-service restaurant and eating it while you wait on the show. If you arrive at least an hour to 1.5 hour in advance, you'll get good seats for the 7 p.m. show (my pick) and can enjoy your dinner to pass the time.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
