    I am visiting WDW in may2012. I am trying to make dining reservations online but it keeps saying it cannot confirm my resort reservation and to check my details. The details i am putting in are correct, what can i do without calling the reservation line?

    Hi Victoria!

    If you made your resort reservations directly with Disney, I recommend just double-checking the resort confirmation number with Disney.

    Likewise, you should do the same if you made it via a travel agent.  I will tell you that I have had trouble in the past with the confirmation number provided by my travel agent.  It was cleared up after I called Disney to find out what they had in their computer system.  Thus I suggest calling Disney directly with the information you have to get their understanding of the problem!
