Hi, I will be visiting WDW, May25-31, with my husband and 2 kids age 7 and 1.This is our first family trip. Want to stay in a Disney resort that is comfy. Beds don't look comfy on website, can you suggest a resort that has comfortable beds, if any? THANKS!

    Hi Jade,

Great question.  A comfortable bed is extremely important to me as well.  My favorite bed was in the recently remodeled Contemporary resort.  They are platform beds, but the mattresses are so comfortable you don't want to get out of bed in the morning.  It felt similar to the beds that they have at Ritz-Carltons.

The moderate resorts are all pretty uncomfortable.  I've stayed at Port Orleans, Coronado Springs, and Caribbean Beach.  Caribbean beach was the worst.  The murphy bed at the cabins in Fort Wilderness were more comfortable than that bed.

I also just returned from staying at Saratoga Springs where the bed was fine and comparable to mine at home.

I think your best bet would be to stay at a deluxe resort or a deluxe villa.
