We are visiting wdw may 26-31. Our daughters are 4 and 7. we plan on spending 2 days at mk and one day at the other parks but I've been told not to waste time at epcot. I was wondering if it was worth using a ticket to visit epcot we did not buy hopper.

    Hello Jenny!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. This is a tough one. I always recommend that people visit all the theme parks, because each of them offers different magical memories. If you have an extra park day to use, then I would absolutely go to Epcot! If you have to substitute Epcot for a different park, then I would probably stick to your plan.

I have daughters ranging in ages 9 to 1. Their favorite theme parks vary on each trip. However, Epcot is my 7-year-old's favorite theme park. Her favorite attractions are Test Track and Maelstrom. She is also a lover of beauty and soaking it all in. She enjoys the walk around the World Showcase, stopping in each country to collect a stamp in her passport and color her Duffy on a stick. As a family we enjoy stopping in many countries for snacks! Anything at Karamell-Küche in the Germany Pavilion and the American Dream ice cream slush at Fife and Drum Tavern in the American Adventure are just a couple of our favorites. And Agent P's World Showcase Adventure? Yeah, my girls could spend all day completing each adventure to defeat the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz!

So would you waste time in Epcot? Absolutely not. If you think your girls would like to ride attraction after attraction, then Magic Kingdom is definitely worth doing two days. If they love animals, then Disney's Animal Kingdom will be a dream. Although Disney's Hollywood Studios does not have a lot of attractions to ride for your 4-year-old, they do have amazing shows. I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please come back to see us!

    Have a magical, fantastical vacation!
