Hi Carla,
Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I also love dinner shows at Walt Disney World! It is so much fun to have wonderful food and great entertainment all at the same time and place!
My suggestion for you is to check out
Mickey's Backyard BBQ. This dining location is very close to
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Mickey's Backyard BBQ is in an open-air picnic pavilion, and the entertainment ranges from a live country band to dancing with Disney characters. I will never forget seeing my daughter dancing with some of her favorite Disney characters - it is truly a memory that will last a lifetime!
Although not exactly a dinner show, perhaps your mother would enjoy an experience such as
Dine with an Animal Specialist at Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. At this dining event you can learn about the animals that you see on the savanna while you dine on a delicious lunch. Similarly, perhaps she would be interested in the
Dine with an Imagineer experience, available at the Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney's Hollywood Studios or Citricos at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. At these meals, you will learn about how magic is made at Disney from an Imagineer.
I hope these thoughts are helpful for you, Carla! Please do let us know if you have any further questions.
