I will be visiting WDW in March 2009. My boys 3 and 4 have been to Chef Mickey's and Backyard BBQ. Do you have any character dining suggestions?

    Hi Juile --

Those are both really fun dining experiences!

Have you tried Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom?  It features Winnie the Pooh and his friends.  The food is delicious, and my family really enjoys eating there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  Another popular character dining experience, especially if your boys are Playhouse Disney fans, is Hollywood & Vine for breakfast or lunch.  If you prefer the traditional characters, you may want to try Tusker House at the Animal Kingdom for breakfast.  You'll be able to find Donald, Mickey and a few other friends dressed for safari, and the food is great!

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
