We are visiting WDW on 08/25/12-08/30/12 and I would love to know if the parks are busy during this time?? We chose this time period because we got to take advantage of the free dining plan, but we have never gone to WDW in August as we usually go in May.

Hi Lisa!  I honestly can't ever tell a guest that the parks won't be busy as guests come from around the world to enjoy vacations at all times of the year. What I can say is that late September is a better time then in the middle of summer as many schools have gone back to their yearly schedules and families are home with the kids. You work around the holiday at the end of that month but that will draw mostly locals.  You are apt to find similar crowds from late May.

Remember the weather will still be quite warm and humid and also rainy. Take those ponchos with you just to be prepared!
