Hi Michelle,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I got sooooo excited when I saw your question, because there is a prime rib dinner at Walt Disney World Resort that my whole family dreams of between trips! I’m not kidding: we regularly discuss this meal, and it’s our go-to when we want to celebrate or just have a meal we know will be amazing.
The magical prime rib entrée that my family swoons over is served at
Olivia’s Café, located at
Disney’s Old Key West Resort. The side of Olivia’s potatoes, which is a magical, creamy, scalloped potato style dish, is an absolutely dreamy compliment to the delicious prime rib meal. It’s also quite a large portion, which my husband loves! And good news: Olivia’s is one table-service credit on the Disney Dining Plan. Old Key West Resort is absolutely beautiful, with a relaxed and tropical theme; we like to stroll around the resort after dinner, and then hop on a water taxi to Disney Springs for some dessert.
I haven’t tried it, but I’ve also heard the prime rib at
Boatwright’s Dining Hall at Disney’s Port Orleans - Riverside is great. I was there recently and thoroughly enjoyed my meal, especially their shrimp and grits and their glorious dessert selection.
Michelle, enjoy your special meal with your sons! I’m wishing you a magical vacation!
