Hi Linda!
Been to the Boardwalk a few times, but never actually stayed on the resort. This is definitely one of the resorts that makes my "bucket list" though :-)
Generally, most of the resorts are the same, in that for birthdays, they may do something small, such as a balloon, pin, or confetti when you check-in (make sure you tell them you're celebrating her birthday BEFORE you arrive). Other than that,
Disney Florists are the way to go. They are the one's that setup all the fantastic in-room celebrations. It can be as small or as elaborate as your budget will allow. We tend to call them "Miracle Workers," because they
do work miracles when setting these rooms up, and put a lot of care in doing it. Priceless moments for that princess of yours :-)
Also, if you have any Table Service restaurants reserved, remember to mention to them as well it is her birthday. They will also sometimes do something a little special for your young one.
Have a Tiggerific Time!
